Smith: I think probably I better talk with the Highway District and see what they have in mind. Giesler: Do we have a time on that fence that that will be worked out? Clerk Niemann: I think we can make them bond it before we sign the plat. Tealy: I don't see any problem with the fence on the north boundary at all. The Motion was made by Corrie and seconded by Yerrington to approve the final plat for Maws Addition #2 with conditions being met by the Engineer's comments concerning the right of way of Locust Grove Road also bond for fence be provided if the fence is not completed. This is the second phase of the Packwood Meadows Subdivision and it contains 24 lots and is in compliance with all conditions of the preliminary plat approval.
