The Motion was made by Yerrington and seconded by Tolsma to
approve the turn off list.
Motion Carried: All yea.
Kingsford: The amount of the turn off list this month is
~ 13, 284.55.
ITEM #3: APPROVE THE BILLS:
The Motion was made by Tolsma and seconded by Corrie to approve
the bills.

ITEM #4: LARRY SALES: ADA COUNTY HIGHWAY DISTRICT:
Larry Sales: Handed information out to Council about the Capital
Improvement Plan which is the legal basis for the Impact Fee
Ordinance. Yntroduced the Impact Fee Coordinator, Mike King.
Gave brief presentation on Impact Fees tSee Tape for
Presentation).
ITEM #5: APPROVE FINAL PLAT ON MAJESTIC VIEW SUBDIVISION:
The Motion was made by Corrie and seconded by Yerrington to
approve the Final Plat on Majestic View Subdivision and allow the
City Clerk & Engineer to sign it:

ITEM #6: DEPARTMENT REPORTS:
Chief Gordon: The State is getting ready to award bids on Patrol
Cars again. I would like the approval of the Council to again go
with the State Bid, which is the full size Chevrolet Caprice.
Randy Hansen out of Twin Falls it looks like will be the low
bidder. The bid this year on the patrol cars is less than what
it was last year for the same vehicle. The price for ours is
going to be about X13,100.00 per car and I was looking at two
vehicles.
The Motion was made by Giesler and seconded by Corrie to approve
request to buy on State Bid.

Attached is the Final Plat on Majestic View Subdivision for your
review. This is a five acre subdivision located at the corner of
S. Linder Road and West Victory Road. 'This subdivision is within
the City of Meridian Impact Area and requires the City Engineer
and City Clerk sign this plat.
This Plat will be on the Agenda for January 5, 1993 , Council
Meeting and will require approval of the Council so the City
Engineer and City Clerk can sign.
