Idaho Ave. Meridian, ID 83642 Dear Wayne: Please find attached the site plan for the parking addition and improvement of 403 E. Fairview, Meridian. Per our meeting on Friday, May 29, 1993, it is My understanding that the only question of compliance with the parking lot ordinance is the size and number of ornamental trees that needs planted. My calculations of trees would result in the planting of 8, 3" caliper trees in the perimeter areas of the lot. It is likely that the paving may not be accomplished before September - October due to the work load of the paving companies. With that in mind, it is requested that we have an extension of time to plant the trees, spring of 1994. If you have further question or if this is an unacceptable request, please contact me.
