Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District's Onweiler Lateral ends on the west side
of Meridian Road. The end of the Onweiler Lateral is a box structure with
one head gate going north and a weir crest outlet taking water to the
southwest. The right-of-way for the Onweiler Lateral is 50 feet over-a11.
Facing downstream, the right-of-way is IS feet on the Left and 35 feet on the
right from the center of the lateral. The right-of-way must not be
encroached upon.
All municipal surface drainage shall remain on-site. Developer shall comply
with Idaho Code 31-3805.
I do not believe the Strasser Farms Subdivision will have any impact on our
facilities. Please contact me if I can be of further assistance.

The Proposed Strasser Farms Subdivision is located in U.S. Government Lot 1
of Section 1, Township 3 North, Ranee 1 West of the Boise Meridian.
It consists of 10.51 acres to be dlvlded into two Parcels, one Parcel to
contain 5.13 acres and one parcel to contain 5.325 acres.
Acess will be directly onto Meridian Road from each parcel. No additional
raids will need to be constructed. All additional right of way has been
purr_hased by the county for Meridian Road and an additional ten feet is being
granted along the East boundary of the subdivision, to the City of Meridian
for water and sewer construction.
The City of Meridian will provide the sewer and the water hoo~;ups as soon as
the construction of the respective lines are complete. This construction is
currently in progress along with the reconstruction of Meridian Road and is
scheduled to be completed in the fall of 1991. Any construction of dwellings
will be held uP until all until services are in place.
There will be na common ground or Public areas located within the boundaries
of the subdivision.
Agreements have been reached with potential buyers and are to be finalized as
soon as the subdivision is recorded.
