NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2009, for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the proposed exchange of real property located at 3064 West Malta Road in
the City of Meridian, legally described as a portion of Lot 04 of Block 38 of the Lochsa
Falls Subdivision No 09 (at Heroes Park). The proposed transaction would exchange the
City-owned parcel for a parcel of equal value to gain deeded pathway access between the
northwest border of Heroes Park and North Ten Mile Road.

FOR EXCHANGE
NOTICE OF
SUMMARY OF ACTION
TAKEN BY
MERIDIAN CITY COUNCIL
On the 14th day of July, 2009, the Meridian City Council, in open session,
approved a declaration of intent to offer for exchange certain real property located at
3064 West Malta Drive in the City of Meridian, legally described as a portion of Lot 04
of Block 38 of the Lochsa Falls Subdivision No 09 (at Heroes Park) to gain deeded
pathway access between the northwest border of Heroes Park and North Ten Mile Road .
The public hearing regarding the proposed conveyance /transfer shall beheld at 7:00
p.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2009, at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue,
Meridian, Idaho.
By action of the City Council at its regular meeting held on the 14th day of July,
2009.
