NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2009, for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the conveyance of property located at 303 North Ten Mile Road in the City
of Meridian, a portion of Ada County Parcel Number S 12104490201ocated in the SE 1/a
of the SE'/ of Section 10, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada
County Idaho. The proposed transaction would convey a portion of the real property to
the Ada County Highway District forright-of--way purposes.

On the 14th day of July, 2009, the Meridian City Council, in open session,
approved a declaration of intent to convey /transfer to Ada County Highway District
certain real property located at 303 North Ten Mile Road in the City of Meridian, a
portion of Ada County Parcel Number S 12104490201ocated in the SE '/ of the SE 1/ of
Section 10, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County Idaho.
The public hearing regarding the proposed conveyance /transfer shall be held at 7:00
p.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2009, at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue,
Meridian, Idaho.
By action of the City Council at its regular meeting held on the 14th day of July,
2009.
