Dear Ms. Watters:
On behalf of our Client, Affinity Bank, eve would like to thank you and the City of Meridian for
working with us throughout the last fe~v months in regards to the issues surrounding the
Cavanaugh Ridge Subdivision.
Today, we met with Peter Friedman and Bill Parsons to discuss our forthcoming application
revisions and it was determined that in order to resubmit and to give Staff adequate time to
review, it would be best to request a deferral of our forthcoming Flanning and Zoning
Commission hearing date from August 20, 2009 to September 03, 2009. We agree and
respectfully request this tcvo week deferral.
