Ia~ve such thirty (30) day period to correct and cure the specified defaults, and if so corrected and cured, to the satisfaction of CI'TE', this Agreement shall not be terminated but shall cnntinue in full force and effect. 4.3 Licensee acl~rar~uledges and agrees that the license granted. herein. is temporary, non-~rax~ferable, and merely a. permissive use of the Property p'ttrsuant to this Agreet+a-ent. These covenants shall survive the terimination of this Agreerneiat.
