project

Key Commission Changes to Staff Recommendation:
There will be no phasing of the development. This change is noted by the deletion of
Paragraphs 9 and 10, Page 7.
Commission recommended approval of temporary guest parking in front of the
proposed garages for the 4-plexes. This change is reflected on Page 11, bullet point
no. 4.
Outstanding Issues for City Council:
Commission had concerns about the intersection at Ten Mile and Pine and
recommended that the applicant work with ACHD on the possibility of establishing a
four-way stop at the intersection.
