Crookston: I have reviewed theme and there needs to be a change
in paragraph A#1 on the first page. It states that no lots shall
be used except far hone occupation - I don't think that was their
intent. There is a spelling change and a word needs to be
changed in paragraph 11.

A parcel of land lying in the N 1/2 of the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4
of Section 2, T.3N., R.iW., B.M., Meridian, Ada County, Idaho and

Commencing at the brass cap marking the one-quarter corner
common to Section 11 and the said Section 2;
thence North 0°15'38" East 2,669.43 feet along the Westerly
boundary of the said SE 1/4 of Section 2 to a brass cap marking the
