Dear Pat, Attached are two cropies of the revised PRELIMINARY PLAT of Chateau Meadows East Subdivision on which are shown the revisions i am submitting to the City of Meridian. Highlighted are three cul-de-sacs with rightrof-way widths shown in red as 40 feet. We propose to construct a 28' back-back section with the detached sidewalk in these three C-D-S' because; 1) each has ten or less homes fronting them, and 2) the 10 feet gained by reducing the R/W is needed to properly handle the relocation of the Stokes- berry Lateral we petition at this time for approval of the 40' R/W - 28' b/b on E. Green Meadow Ct. west of N. Laughridge and east of N. Lochness and on E. Meadowloch Ct. west of N. Lochness Way. Approval at this time is necessary so that we can revise CME #3 which has been submitted for aproval. Your consideration of this matter is greatly appreciated. Respectfully submitted, David M.
