The special meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 6:38 p.m. on
October 5, 1999 by Mayor Robert Corrie.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Bob Corrie, Keith Bird, Glenn Bentley, Ron Anderson
MEMBERS ABSENT: Charlie Rountree
OTHERS PRESENT: Bill Gordon, Will Berg, Pauline Skeggs, Andy Fujimoto with IEC.
Corrie: It's 6:38 p.m., October the 5th, 1999. Open the City Council and we need to
have a special executive session. I'll entertain a motion to go into executive session
Bird: So moved.
Anderson: Second.
Corrie: Okay. Motion's made to go into executive session. State Code 67-2345-B.
Any other discussion? Hearing none, all those in favor of the motion say aye. All ayes,
motion carried.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES
Corrie: Okay. We'll be coming out of the executive session. I'll entertain a motion to do
so.
Bentley: So moved.
Bird: Second.
Corrie: Motion made and seconded to come out of executive session. Any further
discussion? All those in favor say aye.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES
Corrie: All ayes, (inaudible) abstained absence, the vote is carried. We need to adjourn
this special meeting.
Anderson: I'll make a motion that we adjourn.
Bird: I second.

Corrie: Motion made and seconded to adjourn the special meeting. All those in favor
say aye. All ayes, motion carried.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES
MEETING ADJOURNED AT 7:27 P.M.
