Idaho Meridian, Dear Jack, (208) 322-8992 We have revised the preliminary plat layout for Glennfield Manor No. 4 Subdivision. A copy of the revised layout is attached. This revised layout eliminates some of the streets that would have been extended North and South to adjacent properties. The basic street alignment is very similar to the original layout. And, the number of lots is about the same as shown on the original layout. We would like your opinion regarding what theses changes may do to the existing preliminary plat approval. If you feel these changes will require an additional Public Hearing for the preliminary plat, we may want to reconsider the changes. The objective is to avoid the need for an additional hearing. We have met with the Ada County Highway District regarding this layout. The have approved this preliminary plat layout. As a matter of fact, that Highway District recommended eliminating the stub streets to the North and South properties. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this revised preliminary plat, please give me a call. We sincerely appreciates- - your help with this project. Sincerely, I~BL~~NEERING, INC. E.
