On June 23, 2009, the City Council held a public hearing on the subject applications. The
Planning and Zoning Commission recommendations included a requirement for cross access
between tow lots located immediately west of Locust Grove Rd. The applicant objected to the
condition. The Council motion approving the application indicated that if there was not an access
agreement or condition with the Maverick station the condition should be removed. An
agreement does exist.
The applicant has requested Council reconsideration of the condition. If the Council is amenable
to granting the request then a new hearing will be scheduled. No other action is necessary at this
time.
