to discuss the adjustment of a pending claim or prevention of a claim
imminently likely to be filed. The mere presence of a representative of the

MERIDIAN CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Meridian
will hold a Special Meeting in the City Council Chambers, Meridian City Hall,
33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at
fi:00 P.M. The Meridian City Council will be discussing the following agenda
item:
^~ Executive Session per Idaho State Code 67-2345(1)(d) - (to
consider records that are exempt from disclosure as provided in
chapter 3, title 9, Idaho Code), (~ - (to consider and advise its legal
representatives in pending litigation); ~ ili) To engage in
communications with a representative of the public agency's risk

Meridian City Council Special Meeting June 9, 2009
The Meridian City Council special meeting was called to order at 6:02 P.M. on
Tuesday, June 9, 2009, by President Councilman Charlie Rountree.
Members Present: Keith Bird, David Zaremba, Charlie Rountree and Brad
Hoaglun.
Staff Present: Jaycee Holman, Bill Nary.
Item 1. Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.

Item 2. Adoption of the Agenda:
Zaremba: I move we approve the agenda as amended.
Hoaglun: Second.
Rountree: A motion and a second to approve the agenda as amended. All those
in favor say aye.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
Item 3. Executive Session per Idaho State Code 67-2345(1)(d) - (to
consider records that are exempt from disclosure as provided in
chapter 3, title 9, Idaho Code), (fl - (to consider and advise its legal
representatives in pending litigation); Q) To engage in

Rountree: It has been moved and seconded to go into Executive Session. All
those in favor.

Bird: I move we adjourn the Executive Session.
Hoaglun: Second.
Rountree: It has been moved and seconded to come out of Executive Session.
All those in favor.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
Bird: Move to adjourn.
Hoaglun: Second.
Rountree: A motion and a second to adjourn. All in favor.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
MEETING ADJOURNED AT 7:00 P.M.
