This Task Order is issued by City and accepted by the Engineer pursuant to the mutual promises,
covenant and conditions contained in the Master Agreement between the above mentioned parties
dated January, 2007.
Heroes Park Water Quality Analyz®r R®location
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Provide services required to move the existing Heroes Park water quality analyzer from the Meridian
Waste Water Treatment Plan# to the Heroes Park pond. DC Engineering will sub-contract the
installation to JC Constructors and Peak Electric to fast trade this project.
• Provide PLC control panel,
• Program the PLC and Radio at Heroes Park and the Waste Water Treatment Plant.
• Develop daily flow and water quality report in Wonderware Historian.
• Relocate the existing water quality analyzer.
TIME OF PERFORMANCE
DC Engineering has a capable staff that can start immediately.
COMPENSATION
DC Engineering Community Service
JC Constructors (see attached Proposal) $3,167.47
Peak Electric (see attached Proposal) less metering pump $8,018.00
Total $11,185.00
