1. The period of facility use is from Monday, May 12 thru
Saturday, May 15, 2009
2. The facility being used is 3500 W. Franklin Road.
3. The purpose of use is a children's musical directed by the
Missoula Children's Theater. The production is "Little Red Riding
Hood." About 60+ children will be in the production.

5. Auditions will occur in the 4-5th grade classroom and in the main
worship center. Typical audition and rehearsal times from
Monday through Friday will be 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. An
exception will be Wednesday evening when the worship center will
need to be vacated at 5:30 p.m. and the remainder of the
building vacated at 5:30 p.m. Likewise, only the main worship
center will be available on Friday afternoon and evening. A final
rehearsal is scheduled. from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on
Saturday. The welcome lobby will not be available for parents
and siblings on Friday afternoon after 5:30 p.m.
6. Stage props for the final performance can be set up on Thursday
a.m. and can be left up through the Saturday performance at
2:00 p.m. All stage items and costumes need to be out of the
building by 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
7. Ten Mile Christian Church will provide extra janitorial assistance
($Z00), a sound technician for the Saturday rehearsal and
performance ($200), and a lighting technician ($200).
8. Parents and siblings are welcome to sit in our welcome center
where some refreshments will be available for purchase.
9. This condition of use is subject to change through mutual
agreement during the week of Mny 12-15, 2009.
