We've looked over the Staff Report (attached), and we are in agreement with its content.
Due to a possible illness in my immediate family, which is still being diagnosed, I'm requesting to not testify in
person since the illness may be infectious in nature (Rubella). Please let this letter serve in place of my
testimony. I will be present at the hearing, and will stand for any questions if necessary.
