CONSIDERATION
Total and complete compensation to complete the above Scope of Services is a Not
To-F~cceed amount of $7,500.00.
The above Scope of Services may be modified per Section 9 above. Costs will be
modified up or down accordingly at a rate of $150.00 per hour.
