PURPOSE
The Engineer's scope of services, time of completion and compensation shall be as set
forth herein. Services shall generally be described as Engineering Consulting Services.

The following is a detailed scope of work to provide additional professional s~arvices for
the coordina#ion and design of a sanitary sewer system and a municipal wastewater
reclamation water line to be constrcacted in conjunction with AChIQ`s roadway
improvements for the Franklin Road -Ten Mile Road to Linder Road Improvements
Project.

1. Project management and administration tune for schedule extension, This
includes coordination with Meridian Public storks and ®evelopmen$ Services.
2. Modification of sanitary sewer design to increase sewer pipe size to 1 "
within Franklin Road.
3. Mod cation of sanitary sewer design to move the sanitary sewer line 6.5 feet
north of the south face of curb.

Parametrix will submit the plans to the Gity of IiNeridian and ®FC~ far review and
approval prier to construction. For the parcels requiring easements each property
owner will receive the required easement farms for execution. l"he City of
Meridian will provide any additional informatian needed and acquire the signed
easement forrv~s.
Ali improvements will be limited to within the project limits of the Franklin Road -
Ten Mile Road to Linder Road Improvements Project. Na additional topographic
survey will be required to camplete this scope of work.
1Ne propose to provide the ®esign services as outlined above on a time and
mafierials basis with a not to exceed amount of ~1~,100.00. Construction services
are n®t included under this scope of services.
