RE: Willowcreek Elementary (CUP-09-005, DES-09-009 & ALT-09-
012) May 21, 2009 Planning and Zoning Commission Agenda Item
Staff is requesting the Commission continue the public hearing for the Willowcreek
Elementary application (CUP-09-005, DES-09-009 & ALT-09-012) to June 4, 2009
hearing.
The applicant has submitted a traffic study to ACHD for review and comment. Staff
has received and attached the two letters from ACRD. The first letter also request
continuance of the project and the second letter references comments pertaining to
the traffic study that need to be addressed prior to the ACHD proceeding with its
review of the CUP application. Further, it has come to staff's attention that a
quorum will not be available to hear this item during the regular scheduled meeting
on May 21, 2009.
