Broadway Avenue Meridian, Idaho 83642 Mason Creek Pad "A" -Drive-thru Window and Lane. 2959 N. Eagle Road. Description: Our client is proposing to add aDrive-thru window and Drive Lane to the north end of retail Pad "A", addressed as 2959 N. Eagle Road. The City of Meridian requires a Conditional Use Permit since the project site is within 300 feet of a residential use. Proposed hours are: 10am to 11 pm, Sunday thru Thursday, and 10am to 1 am, Friday thru Saturday. Building/Site Overview: Retail Pad "A" is located in the northwest comer of the Bienville Square Subdivision (Lot 30, Block 1). The total acreage is 0.692 and is currently zoned C-G. The existing building is 7,682 square feet in area. The proposed drive-thru is located on the north end of a building located on a property in the northeast corner of it's subdivision. This places the window at the furthest distance from it's nearest residential neighbors. Further, the building fronts on Eagle Road. This particular site is an ideal location for adrive-thru window.
