Dear Peter:
On behalf of my Client, Affinity Bank, I hereby request the deferral of the May
21, 2009 Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission hearing date for the
Preliminary Plat for Cavanaugh Ridge Subdivision until August 6, 2009.
As you are aware, our Client is working through the issues associated with the
previous owner's financial issues but is committed to addressing staff s concerns
and moving forward with this project. In order to do so an additional 60-days
would be most helpful.
As always, we appreciate you and your staff's assistance with our project.
