Dear: Brad Hawkins -Clark
As you know here at Sandy's Danceworks we teach dance to all ages ranging from 3 to
adult. We are a service business in which we teach classes in ballet, tap, hip-hop, jazz
and as you remember ballroom. We also service our customers by ordering in required
dancewear for their classes, and we sell miscellaneous snacks, coffee and soft drinks.
Generally our classes are I hour each and the majority of our classes are from 4:30 P.M.
until 9:30 P.M. We also hold morning classes. We have approximately on average 10- 12
students per class. We are asking for your approval for our dance studio to occupy the
above address. We do believe that we will have plenty of parking at this new location.
