Canning: Madam Mayor, Members of the Council, we have a letter from the applicant s#ating they are in agreement with the conditions of approval with the clarification that general requirement number two does not apply and should be deleted and with that we should be good to go. Hoaglun: I move that we approve FP 09-003, request for final plat for Trade Plaza Subdivision No. 1, with the clarification that general requirement number two does not apply and be deleted. MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES. item 10: Continued Public Hearing from April T, 2008: TE 08-012 Request for approval of an 18 month Time Extension to obtain the City Engineer's signature on the Final Plat far the second phase of Zebulon Heir, Subdivision No. 2 by Engineering Solutions, LLP -south side of E. McMillan Road, west of N. Eagle Road: De Wr~erd: Item No. 10 is a continued public hearing that has bin requested to continue to April 28th. Council, I would need a motion. Rountree: Madam Mayor?
