Hi Kristy,
The Developer for Pinebridge Subdivision No. 1 is requesting the final plat appQc~lion be withdrawn from
consideration by Meridian City Council on April 28, 2009. We appreciate the fime and effort by City Staff to
prepare this application for review by City Council. The Developer will submit a new final plat application at a
future date. We will also be requesfing a fime extension of the Pinebrtdge Subdivision Preliminary Plat prPor to the
preliminary plat expiration in November 2009. Thank you for your willingness to work with us on this appGcal3on.
