Due previously approve development to the south and north, Clearbrook Estates is limited to the lengths of the blocks. The hardship is that the adjacent development did not stub to this property when they were developed. 7. We have designed three micro -path connections to the pathway along the South Slough in an effort to reduce the impact of the long block and Cul-de-sac lengths.
