CLEARBROOK ESTATES SUBDIVISION
5. The development complies with the provisions of the Meridian Subdivision Ordinance with
the exception of Section 9-605(E) Blocks. A variance on block length is required.
6. Due previously approve development to the south and north, Clearbrook Estates is limited to
the lengths of the blocks. The hardship is that the adjacent development did not stub to this
property when they were developed.
7. We have designed three micro -path connections to the pathway along the South Slough in an
effort to reduce the impact of the long block and Cul-de-sac lengths. The Council has reviewed
some pedestrian connection as a reason to grant variances on length of blocks.
