Master Plan Alignment Revision Request
Dear Clerk:
We understand a public hearing will be required to discuss the sewer trunkline alignment
For Tuscany Development. This matter was brought before the council in the Department
Reports section of the July 8'h, 2003 hearing where outside input was not allowed and the
requirement for a public heazing was discussed. While we believe this is an issue that
could be resolved administratively in accordance with the preliminary plat condition for
sewer routing, time is of the essence and we request the next available hearing before the
City Council.
