Hi Bill,
We have reviewed the staff report for Bayside Taylor and will address each item as required prior to submittal of
the Final Plat.
Specifically,
A. Floodplain- We have submitted a Floodplain map to the Floodplain Administrator.
B. Private Street- We will submit private street application with Final Plat.
C. Drainage in lot 11, we will replace the storm drain with sub surface drainage therefore allowing lot 11 to
become buildable.
