The fust page Is a *Otch showing the piece of properly I believe you were talking about it
was deeded too the City from Kent Gamey originally on 12/1W5 (Instrument 0%093287) but
the legal description was conected and the diced re-recorded on 10/3196 (I can't make out the
instrument X on my copy). It appesm to me it is acthaly City property.
The fast two pages are a portion of the final plat for the Viliss at the Lakes. ft has been
approved and signed by Gary Smrkh but the plat hasn't been recorded yet as I undertand it_
You will see that Lot 1, Block 1 is noted (Note 7) as being owned and maintained by the City
of Meridian. I doubt that the City actually has the dead in hand but I could be wrong. I will
ask about It but it may take Borne time to gat an answer.
I don't have any answers on the matter of" the Eight Mile Lateral ask pertains to Steiner
Development I bilin" the &W plat for The Lakes @ Cherry Lane No. 8 was approved by
Count with only two bts shown on the north portion instead of the 3 that was originally
Proposed including the City property. As I have not been involved In any discussions
regarding the land swap for filing since last sunv»er, you may get mor+efo~ answers
elsewhere (Shari?, Gigray?, Doug?).
