improvements it will be necessary for them to hook into the city water/sewer services.
Steiner Development, LLC will not be responsible to provide an access mad to your
trailer or water/sewer services to you after this time.
This is the final notice you will receive and is sent to you as written follow up to the

RE: Chevy Lane Golf Course -Temporary Clubhouse
Dear Wally:
It has come to my attention that the City of Meridian water department has set a water meter in the meter the
designated for service to the site of your proposed new golf course clubhouse. I also understand that you have
connected the temporary clubhouse, moved from the Interlachen Way site to the new proposed clubhouse site,
to the water service line that was installed for the proposed clubhouse. I also understand that you have
connected this temporary clubhouse to a sewer service line that was extended to serve the proposed new
Gubhouse.
These service line connections, installation of a water meter and occupancy of this temporary clubhouse were
to be authorized after the City of Meridian received a Letter of Credit from you, for construction of the new
clubhouse, in an amount of $500,000. At this time, I am not aware that the City of Meridian has received this
Letter of Credit. I am also aware, as reported to me by City Building Inspector Daunt Whitman on October 5,
1999, that this temporary Gubhouse is occupied by you and that no permits were issued by the City of Meridian
for the relocation of this temporary clubhouse, or for the electrical or plumbing connections that have been
made. Mr. Whitman has advised me that he has posted this temporary clubhouse building as NOT
APPROVED FOR OCCUPANCY.
Please be advised that the installation of the water meter occurred because of an inter-department mis-
understanding. Because the conditions set forth as described above, for the relocation and occupying of the
temporary clubhouse, have not been met by you the water meter will be removed October 8, 1999, from the
meter Ile by the City of Meridian. You are further advised, in accordance with the building department posting,
to not occupy this temporary clubhouse facility until the above conditons have been satisfied.
