I am granting approval of the property boundary adjustment as requested by the applicant subject to completion of the following conditions per UDC 11-6B-8C2: a. Cause the property to be surveyed and a record of survey recorded; b. Execute and record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustments as approved; c.
