This petition is to make Main street and Meridian avenue one way streets to improve traffic flow through Meridian old town areas. It is the ACHD's opinion that the change would relieve traffic congestion through town. It is my personal opinion that the change would improve the traffic problem as well as give us all a safer place to live and do business. I also believe the change would encourage people to come through town rather than avoid it and thereby improve the traffic count and make all our businesses do better.
