As you requested in your email to Andee Mayer on April 1, 2009, the
purpose ofi this letter is to acknowledge that I will allow a portion of the
paved driveway proposed by IDADIV slang the west and north sides of their
parcel to be on property owned by Trade Plaza Subdivision Development,
LLC. It is intended that this driveway will be shared by IDADIV and the
future owners and users of the other four lots proposed as part of Trade
Plaza Subdivision Na. 1.
