Re: Packard Acres Subdivision No. 2 Final Plat Amendment - 7/8/03 Hearing
Due to a miscommunication between the P&Z Department and City Clerk's Office, the
subject application was not noticed as a public hearing. While standard final plat applications
are not required by ordinance to hold a public hearing, the Mayor and City Council requested
this amendment be processed with a hearing to allow property owners along Wingate Lane
and other interested parties the opportunity to testify.
Therefore, staff requests this item be tabled at your July Sa' meeting until July 22, 2003.
