This request would require an amended plat be filed and recorded, as the plat is now recorded with the square footage designation. It would be necessary to have a public hearing with publication in the newspaper and certified mailing to the residents that live within 300 feet of the various lots before this request could be approved. From inspections made during construction and from me.asuxements made for the as-built plans, all service connection lines were found to be located on each lot. The developer has also signed a Surety Agreement with the District which requires completion of the work by June i984.
