al Engineer or Professional Land Surveyor, in accordance with Idaho
Code 54-1215.
3. Obtain written approval from irrigation/drainage jurisdiction for storm
runoff into irrigation/drainage system(s).
4. Relocate all obstructions outside of the proposed street improvements_
Prior to relocation, obtain written permission from the applicable
jurisdiction.

signs, as required.

5. Furnish easements, agreements, and all other datum or documents as
..required by the District.
6. Furnish Final Plat drawings for District acce:tance, certifications,
and endorsement. The final plat must contain the signed endorsement of
the Owner's and Land Surveyor's certification.
7. Approval of the plat is valid for one year. Ar extension of one year

On November 30, 1989, the Commissioners of the Ada County Highway District
(hereafter called "District") approved the Preliminary Plat subject to the
conditions as stated below:
SITE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS:
1. Provide by dedication 40 -feet of right-of-way from the centerline of
Meridian Road abutting parcel.
2. Provide_ curb, gutter, 5 -foot sidewaik, and match paving on Meridian
Road abutting parcel. Provide 1/2 of a 65 -foo= back-to-back roadway
section.
STANDARD CONDITIONS:
1. Improvements to the dedicated right-of-way to be designed and construct-
ed to ACHD standards and specifications.
2. All dedicated streets to be constructed and designed to ACHD standards
and specifications.
3. All specifications, land surveys, reports,' p-ats, drawings, plans,

6. Relocate all irrigation/drainage structures outside of the public right-
of-way. Prior to relocation, obtain written approval from the applica-
ble jurisdiction.

9. Direct lot access to Meridian Road is prohibited. Delineate on the
final plat.
10. Driveways to be located a minimum of 5 -feet from the property line.
11. Approval of this preliminary plat is subject to the condition that if
AND standards for subdivisions are revised prior to submittals of
final plats, revised standards will be followed in preparing the final
plats.
12. Approval of development plans at preliminary or final stage is only for
general conformance with District standard specifications and general
compl-iance with minimum standard requirements. The developer, the
engineer, and/or contractor, as their interests may appear, remain
responsible, individually and collectively for _designs, dimensions,
quality and satisfactory performance of the -development. -- - -
13. Provide to the District a copy of the recorded plat. The District will
not install street -name signs until•it can verify the proper street
names.
14. Any work within ACRD right-of-way requires a permit. For information
regarding the requirements to obtain a permit, please contact Quality
Control at 345-7667. Cu, OR, or PDC file number required.
15. A request for any modification, variance or waiver of any requirement
or policy outlined herein shall be made, in writing, to the Manager of
Engineerirg Services within 15 calendar days of the original Commis-
sion action. The request shall include a statement as to why a require-
ment would result in substantial hardship or inequity.

In order that the Final Flat may be considered by the District fcr'accep-
tance, the Developer shall cause the following applicable / standarz condi-
tions to be satisfied prior to District certification and endorsement:
1. Drainage plans shall be submitted and subject to review and approval by
the District.

2. If public street improvements are reauired: Prior to any construction
within the existing or proposed public right-ofway, the following shall
be submitted and subject to review and approval by the District:
a. Two complete sets of detailed street construction drawings pre-
pared by an Idaho Registered Professional Engineer, together
with payment of plan review fee.
b. Execute an Inspection Agreement between the Developer and the
District together with initial payment deposit for inspection
and/or testing services.
C. Complete all street improvements to the satisfaction of the Dis-
trict, or execute Surety Agreement between the Developer and the
District to guarantee the completion of construction of all street
improvements.
3. Furnish copy of Final Plat showing street names as approved by the

- Construct 20 standard blow -off assembly 0 end of rater line.
2. CREEKVIEW DRIVE
- Construct 2 manholes to.make directional turn of sewer line
at roadway bulb.
- Locate pressure sewer line from No. 7 Subdivision to the lot
line common to lots 20/21. Construct a fence at 5' each side t
of the pressure sever line and cover ground area between with
gravel. Install a •sewer crossing' sign at property line
common with Five Mile Creek. Provide detail for the manhole
receiving pumped sewage.
- Locate fire hydrants @ Lots 19/20; lots 14/15; lots 9/10.
SUBDIVISION 07t
1. MERIDIAN STREET:
- Install a 100 dia. water line in Meridian Street from the
access to James Court (your southeast property corner) north
to your northeast corner.
- Provide valving and fittings at intersecting artreets as shown
on red -line plan.
- Construct a standard blow -off valve assembly at end of 10"
dia. main.
2. EAST -WEST STREET:
- Water line shall be 10" diameter in accordance with city
policy of 101 dia. lines on a 1/2 mile grid.
- Install valves a fittings shown on the red -line plan.
- Fire hydrant locationst S.E. corner lot 1; Lots 4/5; Lots
8/9; Lots 17/18.
- Construct standard blow -off assembly and valve at end of water
line.
- Extend 8• sewer line to Meridian Street with stub to the east.
and south and north.

- Short culdesac - construct blow -off assembly - maximize the
grade of the serer line.
- Extend street and turn to the north for future access and
utility service to the property north of this development.
- Locate the lift station to accept flow from the east and
from the north. Construct a 6 foot high chain link fenced
40 foot wide lot from the turn -a -round to the Five !file
Creek right of way for lift station security. Install a
20 foot wide gate to access the station. The lift station
shall have duplex pumps a auto -dialer for emergency calls.
- Move the west and culdesac to the west and north. This will
allow future extension of roadway. - sewer and water to the
north property.
- The license agreement from the Bureau of Reclamation for the
pressure sewer line crossing shall be obtained by the
developer in favor of the City of Meridian.

- Maximize the sewer line grade in the culdesac.

solid lava layers.
