Myers: I would like to get a copy of this to the merchants on Idaho to have them look at it before we do anything final. Ringsford: Are there any questions from the Council or the Attorney? Crookston: We loose the entire Ordinance that we had dealing with traffic and adopts the State Traffic Code. It also changes the penalty for many of those provisions that used to be a misdemeanor to an infraction.The second part of the Ordinance deals with the Parking Provisions, it also removes the misdemeanor situation and makes it possible to issue a parking citation to a vehicle and makes the owner responsible for payment and if it is not paid then they are issued an infraction citation so it now makes our parking provisions enforceable. Ringsford: Any questions from the Council? There were none at this time. We will consider this the first reading of this Ordinance.
