HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice of HearingciTV of nnERrarAa NOTICE ®F WEARING NOTICE lS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7.00 p,m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2009, for the purpose of r®viewing and considering the application VAR 09-001 of James Wylie for Variance to allow right in/right-out access point to State Highway 20/26 and to reduce ITD right of-way adjacent to Chinden Boulevard from 100 feet to 70 feet for Knighthill Center generally located SYNC of W. Chinden Boulevard and N. Linder Road. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Planning Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Planning Department at (208) 88&4433 during regular business hours. A copy of the application is available to review upon request. Any and alt interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limit®d to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials should be submitted to the City Clerk's Office at 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83642, (208) 8~-A433 or fax (208) 888-4218 no later than seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to documents and/or hearings, please contact the City Clerk's Office at (208) 888-44433 at least 72 hours prior to the public meeting. The Ada County Highway District may also conduct public meetings regarding this application.
