Re: Knighthill Center Subdivision
Mr. Bill Parsons and Meridian City Council members:
Renny Wylie has proposed the Knighthill Center Subdivision on approximately 10 acres located
on the southwest corner of Chinden Blvd. and Linder Road. I am representing Lochsa Falls LLC
that owns the commercial parcel directly west of the Knighthill Center Subdivision.
Mr. Wylie is proposing a private drive along the west boundary of the Knighthill Center
Subdivision and along the entire east boundary of the Lochsa Falls commercial lot. I am
requesting curb cuts be required from the private drive to the Lochsa Falls commercial lot
allowing open access between the two properties.
Lochsa Falls LLC has no objections to the Knighthill Center Subdivision or the variance requests
and would only respectfully request two more access points to the private drive through the
requirement of curb cuts.
