Ten (10) copies of a landscape plan are attached.
8. A colored rendering of the planned development is attached. As only residential
uses are proposed, building locations aze not shown.
9. Apre-application meeting was held on February 6, 2003, at 4:00 pm. Bruce
Freckleton and Dave McKinnon were in attendance.
10. Due to the fact that only single-family residential uses are proposed, no building
elevations or construction materials are shown.
11. One 8"x11-1/2" reduction of the site plan is attached.
12. List of mailing addresses attached.
13. The proposed project is being processed under the Planned Development
Ordinance, which provides the City with maximum control over all integral
aspects of the project. The proposed overall net density (5.3) of the project
complies with the City's designation of Mixed-Use Neighborhood, which allows
for residential densities of 3-8 units per acre.
A ten-foot-wide, asphalt, multiple-use pathway adjacent to the Jackson Drain is
proposed to be donated to the City of Meridian. The City currently owns and
maintains the portion of the Jackson Drain adjacent to Fothergill Subdivision.
The project will benefit the surrounding azea and the community by providing this
pathway.
