COFFIN BOISE, IDAHO 83701 (208) 345-6521 June 14, 1979 Mayor Joe Glaisyer City of Meridian 728 Meridian Street Meridian, Idaho 83642 Re: Engineer's Report on the Cherry _ Lane Golf Club Irrigation System Dear Joe: Enclosed with this letter is the report prepared by the engineer retained by the Cherry Lane Golf Club, Mr. Bill Johnson of CH2M Hill concerning his investigation of the irrigation system at the golf club site. I believe that the report speaks for itself_ and has particular value from the standpoint that it comes from an engineering company completely outside o.f_ the project. [ae had advised Cherry Lane to hire this independent assessment in order to help move things along to a reasonable solution to these problems. Perhaps after you and the council has had a chance to review this engineering report, we might have an informal meeting in an effort to get this matter concluded before it becomes a big problem. By copy of this letter and copy of the report, I am also advising John Fitzgerald, Esq. of same. Best personal regards.
