Although I am sure you realise it, let me-again state that it is the respon- aibility of Cherry Lane Recreation, Ise., to prpvide all necessary maiatenance on the golf course including the necessary pregaration for the coming winter. 0 Ms. Olmetead's preaeace on the golf course: at this time is as a representa- tive of Leavitt NuPaci.fi~ Gowpany ob8erving the Mork which is being done on the golf cause by Mr. John Bow. As far as J-IT-B $NGINEERS, Inc., or Leavitt- NuPaci#ic Company is concar~xed, the only reason for the presence of Mr. John Boehm ©s .the golf couzse is to mplce whatever repairs are necessary to check out the golf course irrigation system. p Please be advised that any damage to the #rrigation spetem as a result of failure by Cherry Lane Recreation, Inc., to prarpexly blow the water out of the lines will be the total responsibility of ypur,company. Burthermore, Z think you should ecr~idsr that whether or not you remain as lessees of the golf course you are responsible for any damage done to the golf course as the re~luYt df your actions during your term of,occupancy. I# ypu feel at any time prior to Mr. Boehs coffipleting his work that the water should be removed Eros the pipes please notify Marilyn or myself and we will in®ediatelp instruct Mr. Boehm to stop w+s:tk aad allow you to remove the water from the irrigation lines.
