HomeMy WebLinkAboutDevelopment Application Forms/ChecklistsMAR 2 ~ 2009 Co ~ ®FF~ IC,E March 26, 2009 MEMORANDUM TO: Planning and Zoning Commission FROM: Kristy Vigil, Assistant Planner RE: .Request for approval of revisions to Development Application Forms/Checklists DATE: On Commission Agenda Apri12, 2009 CC: City Clerk, Legal Department Per UDC 11-SA-3B2, the Planning Department is requesting approval from the Planning & Zoning Commission to revise specific development application forms (checklists), as follows: • On the Sign Permit checklist: 1) add a requirement to submit a narrative describing the proposed signs to include the following: number of signs and type, if sign(s) will be illuminated/non-illuminated, location/placement of sign(s), and Building Services application/permit number; 2) add a requirement to submit an electronic copy of the proposed sign(s) on CD in pdf format; 3) add a requirement to include existing building signs;4) add a requirement to include existing free- standing/center signs; and 5) include a process flow chart with the checklist. • On the Certificate of Zoning Compliance Checklist: add a requirement to submit a full size copy of the civil site/dimension plan. • Added a revision date to the above mentioned application checklists. ;~; N'y{, , .'
