I am in total agreement with you. I, too, live on the golf course and water and spray the area that surrounds our
home. We are very committed to resolving this issue and hope that the golf course will work together with us. I

Dear Ms. Mayor,
I was interested in the article in today's paper about our golf course. I live on the golf
course and have had problems with the poor maintenance for years. I pay to have my lawn
service spray $ feet onto the course to keep the weeds out of my yard. I also have my
sprinklers turned so they will water the course. I still have large dead areas along my
property. Our guests remark about the poor condition, and laughingly ask what the
"browns fees" are. My neighbors are watering and spraying also, and we all feel that
something needs to be done urgently. I have lived here for 9 years and it is getting worse.

I believe it is adversely affecting my property value.
I urge you to work on this problem. This course should be a jewel for the city of
Meridian, not a disgrace.
