Your letter and enclosures of May 11, 2004 were received and reviewed by the Mayor
and Council.
In my letter of April 30, 2004, I asked specifically whether your client is willing to
reimburse the city for any general fund revenue spent to improve the infrastructure at the golf
course. Your letter did not address that question directly. However, from what your letter
indicated, your client's answer to the question is apparently, "No, Cherry Lane Recreation, Inc.
will not reimburse the City of Meridian for any non-grant funds spent by the City to repair,
replace, or upgrade infrastructure at Cherry Lane Golf Course."
If I have misconstrued yaw client's response, please inform me immediately.
Very truly yours,
William F. Nichols
