I met with Mr. Goff this afternoon and he has agree! to move the required Fire De~rtment Turnaround as
specified in Appendix D of the International Fire Code. The relocated hammerhead will ~ located between
parking stalls 7 8 8 and will have a 28' inside taming radius. It appears that he wilt lose parking spacers 7, 8, and
9 but gain additional parking stalls were the earlier approved turnaround was shown. In addition he will provide a
6' gate on the SE corner of the property to enable the Fire Department have access to an off site fire hydrant, the
gate will also have a sign indicating the presence of a fire hydrant on the other side.
