NOTICE IS HEREBY•GIVEN, pursuant to Ordinances of the City of
Meridian, and the laws of the State of Idaho, that a Public Hearing
will be held before the 'Meridian City -Council on monuay,
the 2&h day of May , 1985, at 7:30 o' clock p.m., at the Meridian
City Hall,, -721 -Meridian Street Meridian, Idaho, on the
application of Russell Plartensen d/b/a meridian Mobile Homes and
John Dobaron for the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit for a
mobile home sales lot and to allow a mobile home to be used as a
mobile home sales office at 521 East First Street South, which real
property is generally described as Parcel No. 3660 of Government
Lot 2 Section 18, T. 3N., R 1E., Boise -Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
Any and all interested persons will be heard at said hearing.

Dear Planning & Zoning Committee,
My name is Mussell Martensen and my partener Lou Arballo are applying
for a conditional use permit at 521 E. 1st Street Meridian. The legal
description of property is PAM #3660 of Govt. Lot 2 Sec. 18 3 N. IF. The
proof of ownership is filed at the city clerks office by John Dobaran 5600
S. Locust Grove Meridian 1d.,,888R3507. This application does have his
statement attached.
The property at 521 H, 1st is presently vacant, and is used sometimes
as anauction'yard We wish to open up a Mobile Home dealership called
Meridian Mobile Homes to accompany the meridian people and surrounding
areas. The land is zoned commercial, and has had a mobile home office on
the land before. We would like to ask if we could use one of your mobile
homes for an office in the existing spot,
We have filed for all tax forms, legal bonds, and insurance policies
and are presently waiting to apply for are mobile home license after we get
a letter from zoning to allow us to operate as Meridian Mobile Homes.
