A condition of the preliminary plat for Una Ivlas subdivision required the applicant to
submit a letter of approval from 1~h~ID for abandaa~rraent of the existing irrigation
easement for the 'ViiIk l:,ateral and relocation ofthe new easement, prior to or concurrent
with tlae final plat application. Th.e applicanx# has not done so. -Thercfor~:, staff is
requesting this application. be continued to April 7, 20139 in order to give the applicant
sufficient time to coanply with this requirement.
