Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District reserves all comments on the above referenced
application for Final Plat until our review is completed.
As of this date Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District still does not have a signed Urban
Contract to operate and maintain the pump station for the pressure irrigation system which is
akeady in and operating.
